SCS is an independent specialist consultancy that focuses on extracting the optimum business value
from communications services and technology. We provide professional services and contract resourcing
to organisations centred on Information Communications Technology (ICT).
SCS specialises in providing organisations with both consultancy and proactive support on DIY, managed
and outsourced network, information, communications and contact centre services. Our skills and knowledge
cover both the business and technical aspects of ICT and sit across its entire lifecycle. Uniquely, we
also have significant experience of both the customer and supplier sides of the Telecommunications
industry.
SCS’s consultants have considerable experience operating at the forefront of both the design and
deployment of business-focused next generation solutions, which have either replaced or complemented
more traditional services. This is founded on our engagements across key programmes that have
successfully delivered benefits based on total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI)
business cases. SCS has delivered this work in a number of different sectors for example retail,

Company Biography
SCS Ltd was formed in early 2005 with the single aim of helping end clients to significantly improve their
telecommunications services through their next generation of service deployment.
The founding Directors are career professionals in Telecommunications and bring a unique blend of knowledge
and experience in technology design and architecting, service architecting, commercial architecting and strategic
sourcing. The Directors all have experience of creating and managing contracts in the £1m - 500m range and have
all held senior posts before starting up SCS as a specialist consultancy.
